Ashley Tisdale looked like one giant parody on The Early Show. The layers are killing me. She would look great if she was appearing in an 80s skit on Saturday Night Live. Since she’s not, she just looks ridiculous.

Shake your booties

Apparently it’s a whole new trend to wear short dresses with little booties. I’m not sure what the appeal is. They cut the line of the leg off right at the ankle and it just looks awkward. They’d look much better with actual boots or with heels, but the booties trend is weird. But if Tyra, Carmen, and Naomi are all wearing them, you know it’s unfortunately going to stick around.

I think Paris Hilton has been drinking because that’s the only explanation for this bright blue dress and multicolored striped sweater with matching belt. This looked great on the doll back in the 80s and 90s but it just looks ridiculous on a real person.

Frumps R Us

I’m a mother so I’m the first one to cut new moms a load of slack. But Keri Russell looks amazing, she’s lost what looks like all of her baby weight, and if she’s showered, that’s a great start for tired moms. The shirt is killing me though. It’s so frumpy and does nothing for her. WIth her body in this great shape, she should be wearing a more fitted shirt that shows off her hard work.

Odd combinations

On their own, these different pieces aren’t bad at all, but together they’re just a weird match (and I use the term “match” very loosely). A white and light colored striped dress with sequins doesn’t really mesh with shiny black tights and black leather booties. Some open toe pumps or slingbacks would work with the dress and bare legs. The booties would look great with jeans. All thrown on one body is distracting to say the least.

Pucker up!

Britney Spears went and got some collagen injected into her lips to plump them up but it looks like the doctors might have gotten a little overzealous. Let’s hope that the swelling went down because no one’s upper lip should look like that. She then spent time driving around and trying to hide her crazy lips.
