Nicky Hilton was seen wearing a short, white, lacy babydoll dress in Hollywood. She had the fashion sense to pair it with a matching white handbag, but unfortunately she also thought it would look good with shiny black tights. No, no, no.

Then again, maybe she’s wearing the black tights to show she’s in mourning for the loss of the majority of her expected inheritance (and you know, wah, cry me a river).

Someone needs to tell Ed Westwick of Gossip Girl that if you want to show off your abundance of chest hair, at least do it by leaving the top button or two undone and stop there. Displaying all your hair because your shirt is ill-fitting and randomly buttoned just makes you look like you don’t know how to dress yourself.

Gossip Girl would be all over mocking that one.
