I don’t know which assumption is worse - the one where we assume she does stuff like this on purpose for attention or the one where we assume that she’s just completely clueless and too distracted by the whistling wind in her own head to make good fashion choices.

Though wearing neon pink panties under a sheer white crochet dress is still better than no panties at all.
