Here’s a confession - I think she’s so adorable. She’s not a great actress and I was so happy when her character was killed off of The O.C. because Jesus Christ can we stop with the whining? But yes, I think she’s incredibly pretty. But this outfit is baffling. The dress is cute. The headband? What the hell? I’d like to hope that maybe earlier in the day she was strolling around in a pair of skinny jeans and a tank top and when she got changed for the concert, she totally forgot she had this on her head. The combination just.does.not.work.
