Fergie’s all wrapped up

When it was the late 80s and early 90s, I unfortunately owned several dresses and skirts that had giant bows somewhere on them. When I looked back, I cringed.
I’m sure - I HOPE - that someday Fergie too will look back and cringe over wearing this black dress with a big ribbon and two bows on it.
