Pass the dust ruffle

Rachel Weisz’s Chanel dress is really nice if the look you’re going for is “Resembling a child’s bedskirt or a lamp’s dust ruffle”. There is just no reason for someone older than ten years old to wear something full of ruffles and ribbons and bows.
