Ruffles are eating Hilary Swank

I’m of the belief that a little ruffle here and a little ruffle there can add some interest to an outfit, maybe a little flirty-ness.
But when your entire dress is ruffled from top to bottom (and BELTED) you may have a bit of a ruffle problem. The color aside, the dress reminds me a little too much of those tissue paper flowers that my daughter makes.
