Attention ladies everywhere: If you are relatively thin anyway and you want a six pack, here’s a hint: Work out. do lots of crunches. DO NOT get plastic surgery for body contouring because then this too could happen to you. According to Tara Reid:

“I got lipo because even though I was skinny, I wanted – I’m not going to lie – a six-pack. I had body contouring, but it all went wrong. My stomach became the most ripply, bulgy thing.”
