Hilary Duff is just ridiculously cute. But I just don’t know what look she’s going for here. The randomly cut odd length denim shorts, the black shirt, the weird bags, the ugly scarf, the boots. Just no.
No, Hilary. Even you, cute as a button, can not wear all this crap and look stylish.
