Apparently it’s not just Penelope Cruz who was blessed with great looks. Her little sister Monica Cruz was at the 2008 Goya Cinema Awards and she looked absolutely stunning in her black gown. It’s glamorous without being overkill, many on the red carpet could learn from this!
