Fergie’s crazy scarf outfit

When I went to Mexico, I wore things I don’t normally wear out and about, mostly sundresses. So I understand that vacation clothes are not always what you wear every day.
But that doesn’t excuse Fergie for wearing this hideous silky scarf ensemble, even if she IS on a beach in Mexico with a painting Josh Duhamel.
