Casual dressing is fine, I don’t expect celebrities to look like they’re strutting the red carpet 24/7, and how boring would that be, right? But Ashlee Simpson should take a cue from some well dressed folks like Rachel Bilson, because clearly Ashlee doesn’t know that casual and frumpy are not the same word.
