Katie Holmes is so cute and I’m still head over heels in love with her hair, but this is possibly the ugliest dress I have EVER seen her wear. It’s what she wore to the Critics’ Choice Awards on January 7th, and all I can say is that it’s lucky it was movie critics and not fashion critics.
