Miley Cyrus - it’s not easy being green

I don’t know why I’m not digging this look for Miley Cyrus. There’s nothing wrong with the outfit that I can really put a finger on but it’s just not working. Too casual? Too green? Too cheesy with the damn peace sign again? I don’t know.
