Britney Spears went and got some collagen injected into her lips to plump them up but it looks like the doctors might have gotten a little overzealous. Let’s hope that the swelling went down because no one’s upper lip should look like that. She then spent time driving around and trying to hide her crazy lips.

God I miss the cute Britney of years ago. Do you ever think Justin Timberlake looks at her now and throws a little prayer in that he escaped The Crazy?

Britney Spears ran out of gas again this weekend, apparently unable to understand that when the needle gets close to E it’s time to fill up. But whatever, she’s a busy mom y’all, so she might not have noticed. What I want to know is why she didn’t have any pants on when she was wandering around waiting for someone to rescue her and her car.

Doesn’t Britney Spears have an assistant who can go and buy her some clothes that fit properly? This shirt could be nice if it didn’t look like it was all stretched and uneven.

It would also help if she put a bra on underneath. Also, I love Britney as a brunette, but if she’s buying extensions anyway, can’t she get some that don’t look all ratty?

I love my kids, but sharing their pacifier? Uh, ew? And also, it just looks stupid. Brit, you have money. Buy one of those clip things for the pacifier and call it a day!

Britney Spears at the VMAs

Where do you start with Britney’s performance at the VMAs last night? First, the outfit was not my favorite, but it wasn’t all bad. And her extensions looked real enough that she looked like her old self again. The song itself is great, even if it was lip synced. Really there was no style blunder - for me the worst part was the dancing. I’ve said it before, I mock Brit because it’s so easy but I actually *whisper* really liked her for a long time. I wanted her to make a big comeback last night, I wanted a real in-your-face “I’m BACK, bitches!” show stopper. Having always loved watching her dance, I couldn’t wait. And the dancing was awful. It was like there was no real choreography, as though she had no clue what she was doing. It was so disappointing and I felt awful for her.

Just before the show, Britney learned Sarah Silverman was about to make some very rude remarks about her kids, calling them “the most adorable mistakes you’ll every see”. That might make me a little pissed too. Add to that how her magical performance with Criss Angel was canceled, and that she was hoping to do “more mature dancing” and reports of a broken boot, it might be a little understandable that Britney was off her game. Despite these little glitches, I do believe Britney was set up to fail.

Both are excellent points. And to be honest, as dreadful as the dancing ended up being, she was still miles better than Sarah Silverman’s god-awful lead balloon stand-up routine.

Britney looks plastic

Britney is officially looking less human and more like a plastic Barbie doll knock off. I think it’s the hair, I’m not sure. I hope they do something with her for the VMA appearance she’s supposed to do this coming weekend. You know, assuming she doesn’t have a tantrum and storm off or anything.

Who dumped Clorox on Britney’s extensions?

See here’s the thing. When you shave all your hair off and you have so little hair that you’ve taken to wearing extensions, why in the name of all that is holy would you choose to wear bleached blond extensions that do not match your dark roots? Is the dark roots suddenly in style again to the point that people are going to start going out of their way to get them?

Britney in Playboy?

Last year, Brit turned Playboy down. I don’t know why, since she was offered a million bucks to show what she was flashing everywhere for free. And now, she’s apparently asking THEM if she can pose.

Dear God, why? Why, why, why? Have we not seen enough?! At least in that photo above, from Allure, is sexy without showing us (again) every last thing she’s got.
