Okay, I have to say it: Mischa Barton looks gorgeous. I would have expected platinum blond hair to be too harsh for her but it’s not, and her black dress is killer. Love it!

Ellen Page is class from head to toe

I have to confess, I was a little underwhelmed by Ellen Page’s wardrobe choices for all the awards shows. I sort of expect a bit of glamor and glitz on the red carpet, especially for something like the Oscars. Meanwhile, most of her clothes were pretty boring by award show standards.

However, with this little black dress, the hair, and the makeup when she attended the screening for Smart People she is the epitome of classy. She’s almost got a bit of Audrey Hepburn going on.

Ellen Pompeo is a vision in white

I don’t think this is something I would wear myself, but I can’t deny that Ellen Pompeo looks gorgeous in this white (and off-white) outfit that she wore for The Late Night With David Letterman. She looks so fresh and spring-like. Ellen definitely has more style than Meredith does.

Ashlee Simpson isn’t impressing anyone

I had to share this. While I don’t love Ashlee Simpson’s grey strapless dress, I don’t hate it either. I’m ambivalent about it. In fact, I probably could not care any less about it, which is more or less how I feel about her in general.

But clearly the two men behind her have very strong feelings about what she’s wearing. Check out the look of disgust and horror on each of them. Obviously they are totally appalled by what she’s wearing. Either that or she split the seam down the back and her ass is hanging out.

Kylie Minogue has a hidden phrase in her dress

You know those old comic strip games where you had to try to read the word hidden among mulitcolored dots? That’s what Kylie Mingue’s dress is, it’s a bunch of tiny multicolored dots and there’s a phrase hidden on it. And that phrase is, “this dress is hideous.”

Lauren Conrad’s own high waisted skirt

While Lauren Conrad’s outfit - from her own collection, naturally - is fundamentally cute, the big problem with that high waist on the skirt is that it kind of makes her look like a cocktail waitress which isn’t really the look people frequently go for when they go out.

The other thing is that while I know her collection just debuted recently and she’s therefore trying to show it off as much as possible, I hope that eventually she is going to be seen in something other than her own line of clothes.

Victoria Beckham’s wax figure still can’t dress

What do you know? Even when Victoria Beckham is a wax statue, she still can’t dress for shit. If you dressed the wax Posh and the real one in the same outfit and stood them side by side, you’d probably never be able to tell them apart. In fact for all I know this IS the real Victoria.

It is SUCH a bitch trying to find decent maternity clothes. Ask Gwen Stefani. She knows. So frustrated with not being able to wear her normal edgy style of clothing on her pregnant body, she turns desperate and yanks an old slip cover off the couch and wraps it around herself in an imitation of a dress.
